Each cottage/suite has a private entrance, so that you may come and go as you like…even late into the night. Moreover, the next morning, at the specific time of your choosing, you will feast on a freshly prepared gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite or cottage.

Credit Card Guarantee:

All reservations require a credit card guarantee. 

Cancellations:                                                                                                                                                                         

Cancellations made less than 7 days before  the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.   Cancellation charges and fees are waived ONLY in the event of inclement winter weather in the Eureka Springs area. There are no refunds given for early departures.

Minimum Stay:

Normally, we require a minimum two night  stay on weekends. However, we are  happy to take a one-night booking if we have a space available.

Damages:

All registered guests are financially responsible for any property damages and will be charged for repair or replacement costs if damages occur. If a credit card is on file, your card will charged accordingly.

Package Policy: 

No refunds will be given for items not used in packages and no discounts will be given on packages.

Pets:

We cannot accommodate pets.

Smoking Policy: 

Smoking is only permitted outside. If smoking occurs in any suite/cottage, there will be a charge of one single night’s standard rate plus any necessary cleaning charges. If a credit card is on file, your card will charged accordingly.

Check in time: 3:00 P.M.
Check out time: 11:00 A.M.

Arkansas Marriage License Information:   

Arkansas marriage licenses may be purchased (both parties/in person) in Eureka Springs at the Carroll County Courthouse . The license is valid for a period of 60 days and the cost is $60.00 (CASH ONLY). Arkansas does NOT require blood tests or a waiting period, however, both parties need to know their Social Security numbers AND have valid state issued IDs (such as driver’s license, passport, or birth certificate) with them when they apply. For additional information concerning marriage licenses, contact the County Clerk’s Office at 479-253-8646. Courthouse hours are: M-F 8:30 am – 4:00 pm AND SAT 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
